Examnest – Konto und Daten löschen

Diese Seite gehört zur Android-App Examnest (Paketname com.study.pomodorotimer, bei Google Play). Sie erklärt, wie du dein Konto und deine Daten in Examnest löschen lassen kannst.

Weg 1: direkt in der App (sofort)

1. Öffne Examnest und melde dich an.
2. Tippe unten auf Ich.
3. Wähle Konto löschen und bestätige.

Die Löschung wird sofort beauftragt und in der Regel innerhalb weniger Minuten abgeschlossen.

Weg 2: per E-Mail

Wenn du die App nicht mehr nutzen kannst, schreibe an studysmarterrr@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Examnest Datenlöschung“ und gib an:

• die E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du bei Examnest registriert bist,
• deinen Benutzernamen in der App (falls bekannt),
• die Bitte, dein Konto und alle zugehörigen personenbezogenen Daten zu löschen.

Wir bearbeiten die Anfrage unverzüglich, spätestens innerhalb eines Monats. Du kannst die Anfrage jederzeit zurückziehen, solange die Löschung nicht ausgeführt wurde.

Was gelöscht wird

• Dein Konto (E-Mail-Adresse, Anmeldedaten) und dein Profil mit Benutzername, Einladungscode und Wochenzielen
• Deine Lernplanung (Fächer, Prüfungen, Aufgaben), Wiederholungsstand und Quiz-Statistik, die mit dem Konto synchronisiert wurden
• Deine hochgeladenen Dokumente (PDF-Dateien) und alles, was daraus erzeugt wurde (Quizfragen, Zusammenfassungen, Karteikarten, Fragen und Antworten sowie zwischengespeicherte Texte)
• Deine Nutzungszähler für die KI-Funktionen, Einladungen, Anstupser und der Eintrag in der Lernpartner-Suche
• Deine Mitgliedschaften in Lerngruppen sowie die von dir dort angelegten Nachrichten, Dokumente und geteilten Karteikarten-Decks

Was bestehen bleibt

• Käufe (Examnest Pro, Werbefrei) werden von Google Play abgewickelt. Die Kaufbelege liegen bei Google; wir behalten nur eine nicht auf dich zurückführbare Kennung, damit ein Kauf nicht mehrfach gutgeschrieben werden kann.
• Nutzungsstatistiken ohne Personenbezug (soweit du ihrer Erhebung zugestimmt hast) können wir nicht einer Person zuordnen und daher nicht einzeln löschen.
• Daten, die wir aus rechtlichen Gründen aufbewahren müssen, bis die Frist abgelaufen ist.

Mit einer Löschung lassen sich die Daten nicht wiederherstellen. Dein Google-Konto und deine Google-Play-Käufe sind davon nicht betroffen.

Examnest – Delete your account and data

This page belongs to the Android app Examnest (package name com.study.pomodorotimer, on Google Play). It explains how to have your account and data in Examnest deleted.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open Examnest and sign in.
2. Tap Me at the bottom.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

The deletion is started right away and is usually finished within a few minutes.

Option 2: by e-mail

If you can no longer use the app, write to studysmarterrr@gmail.com with the subject “Examnest data deletion” and include:

• the e-mail address you registered with in Examnest,
• your username in the app (if known),
• a clear request to delete your account and all related personal data.

We process your request without undue delay and within one month at the latest. You can withdraw the request at any time before the deletion has been carried out.

What is deleted

• Your account (e-mail address, sign-in data) and your profile with username, invite code and weekly goals
• Your study planning (subjects, exams, tasks), review progress and quiz statistics that were synced with your account
• Your uploaded documents (PDF files) and everything generated from them (quiz questions, summaries, flashcards, questions and answers, cached text)
• Your usage counters for the AI features, invitations, nudges and your entry in the study-partner search
• Your memberships in study groups and the messages, documents and shared flashcard decks you created there

What is kept

• Purchases (Examnest Pro, ad-free) are handled by Google Play. Receipts stay with Google; we only keep an identifier that cannot be traced back to you, so that a purchase cannot be credited more than once.
• Usage statistics without personal reference (where you consented to collection) cannot be attributed to a person and therefore cannot be deleted individually.
• Data we are legally required to retain until the retention period ends.

Deleted data cannot be restored. Your Google account and your Google Play purchases are not affected.
